Paint fails differently in the Lowcountry
Summerville sits in a subtropical pocket where humidity, pollen and salt air all take a run at your house. A paint job spec'd for a dry climate doesn't last here.

It depends on your house, and anyone who quotes a firm number over the phone is guessing. As a very rough ballpark, interior work in the Summerville area often lands near $2–$6 per square foot — but that swings hard on ceiling height, trim detail, color changes and prep. Don't budget from it.
